Reason for the Recall

'Following internal investigations, it has been identified that this batch may not meet the

required product safety and/or quality standards as the amount of N-nitrosamines found in

some balloons was in excess of permitted levels'.

As a precautionary measure, we are conducting a voluntary recall of all affected products

from the marketplace.

The safety of our customers is our highest priority, and we are taking this action to minimise

any potential risk.
